A spatial analytics dashboard built for a stealth-mode fintech startup. Redesigned their core data architecture and rebuilt the frontend from scratch.
I'm a multidisciplinary developer and designer working at the intersection of engineering and craft. I believe great products live in the details—the timing of a transition, the weight of a typeface, the logic of a system.

“I believe the best work lives at the intersection of logic and feeling.”
I'm a multidisciplinary developer and designer working at the intersection of engineering and craft. I believe great products live in the details—the timing of a transition, the weight of a typeface, the logic of a system.
I've worked with early-stage startups, boutique agencies, and solo founders who needed more than just execution—they needed someone who could think at the product level while crafting at the pixel level.
Building performant, scalable systems with attention to the craft beneath the surface.
Creating visual systems that communicate hierarchy, emotion, and intent in equal measure.
Thinking at the product level — defining what to build and why before touching a tool.
I start by listening—to the problem, the team, the users, the constraints. Good work is rooted in clarity about what actually matters.
Before opening Figma or a code editor, I define the success criteria. What does a good outcome look like? What can we cut? What must stay?
I work in tight loops—prototype, test, refine. Every decision is traceable back to a reason. Details compound into quality.
I ship code that others can read and maintain. I hand off designs that can be implemented. I document the decisions, not just the outcomes.
“Alex doesn't just execute briefs—he interrogates them. We came to him with a vague request and left with a product direction that changed how we thought about our entire platform.”
“What set Alex apart was the combination of taste and technical depth. He could discuss CSS architecture in one conversation and brand strategy in the next. Rare.”
I'm selectively available for new projects. If you have something ambitious in mind, I want to hear about it.
